Breaking Boundaries : Examining the essence and meaning of change in the novel "Trident"

It's just a piece of writing, but the meaning and philosophy implied in the writing can make sense of everything, or can even change things. As we know, several novels have preceded them as the most phenomenal works in history, such as several works by Dan Brown and also JK. Rowling has changed the reader's point of view in assessing things, imagination has created its own ideas in a manuscript by the author, moreover, the momentum used sometimes makes a difference in the meaning of a work.

If one work contains more than one meaning, perhaps it will be interesting because it will be read by more than one reader. It is another matter if the meanings in one novel have a wide point of view, and the author is able to create all of them.

It cannot be denied, times have changed, works have their own meaning, and the method of writing has undergone a metamorphosis, something new can attract readers, moreover it has extraordinary allure. One thing that is interesting to read in my opinion is the novel "Trident" by Hening Nugroho, in this novel everything that is written will make the reader have a different point of view, how the author of the novel builds a coherent narrative, especially with a very different concept from the author previous. Through an epic story built through myths, this novel is very interesting to read, and not easy to put down.

The novel Trident has a different point of view, in writing, the contents of the novel build characters that are difficult to predict, build the beginning of the story of Atlantis which is already known to everyone, the author makes a breakthrough by weaving a narrative behind the story which is currently developing in our ears. What is raised is not how the background of the country of Atlantis developed, but more than that, what caused Atlantis to experience destruction, it is truly beyond reason, how in real circumstances the story has not yet come to light as to what caused the destruction of Atlantis, even though it has gone through various narratives and discoveries, however it still makes readers surprised. So this novel Trident carries a different narrative, how to keep it interesting and not be abandoned by readers, the author of this novel includes logical arguments related to the values of life, the meaning contained in life is none other than the meaning of change.

Change does not specifically state a certain situation, but it could be a path that must be achieved to experience what can help for improvement. Such changes are complicated and therefore require a method. Quoting several meanings of change in the novel Trident.

And for some reason, at that time, at the right time, a strong desire arises from within a person to maintain his life as it is today, while on the one hand, it requires that every human being must always be aware that change will always place him in an unfavorable situation. it will never be known what it will look like, which can change at any moment, giving rise to new life.

In this quote, change requires the emergence of a new life, of course a pure life, free from past mistakes in one's consciousness which can appear at any time, at any time. This is certainly felt by someone, and this change requires hard work that can produce something.

Other quotes include;

Actions produce events, but events do not necessarily produce a truth, this life will appear in a result is not the result of what has been done, the result ends in an event while the effect is more meaningful about change, so that event is not a certainty of the existence of a truth, truth is an attempt to make a change from a deficiency in the result of that action. Those who understand will make changes to their shortcomings, so that the certainty of the deed will appear as the result of a fault that continues to be maintained or as a deficiency that must be made a change

In the sentence above it is explained that change appears as a result, as a manifestation of someone who is able to understand the existence of truth. So some of the meanings of change stated in the novel Trident are driven as an effort to create new life, with destruction in accordance with the content of the story, of course the destruction of the glory of Atlantis.

And of course the story will not be complete to study in just a moment, the reader can understand how the changes take place in the actual novel. To read it in full, readers can view and buy the novel directly at the Kobo store, or via the link, by online. This novel is available in ebook form, and in English.
